Our first product, Caregiver Notes, helps family caregivers document daily observations and generate professional reports for doctors and family members. It turns chaotic, emotional notes into clear, objective records — removing stress from an already difficult role.Niederlab is registered in Wyoming, USA, and operates globally.
As a foreign-owned single-member LLC, we are structured for international reach from day one — with US-based legal entity, banking, and App Store presence, serving customers primarily in the United States.

Available on the Apple App Store, it lets caregivers record voice or text observations, which are then converted by AI into objective, professional PDF reports. The app is positioned strictly as an organizational tool — never a medical device.Future products will follow the same lean validation model.

How We Operate

Every decision at Niederlab is evaluated against one question: does this create value for users before it creates cost for the business? We set honest go/no-go milestones. If Caregiver Notes reaches 10 paying customers with healthy retention by month 6, we scale. If it doesn't, we learn, pivot, or wind down — and apply those lessons to the next product. No vanity metrics. No false optimism.
